Embassy Suites Saratoga Springs

The room was huge and very comfortable. Fridge was very useful. Access into the hotel with luggage was very easy and parking was close by. Luggage carts were plentiful. We enjoyed the happy hour drink and snack. Breakfast was very good and staff kept the table cleared regularly. CVS across the parking lot and terrific liquor store next door! All in all an excellent choice for a one-night stopover.

Location, staff and comfort of beds and pillows. Staff in the dining room do a great job. We ate breakfast each day and had dinner one night, food is good! Chefs are friendly. Hotel was quiet which is really important when sleeping. appreciate having the kitchen and living room space, makes the stay so comfortable. Every staff member was friendly.

Front desk staff was efficient and kind. Breakfast omelettes made to order was a nice feature and the Breakfast chef was very polite and attentive ,despite how busy he was. We were given some vouchers for free drinks upon arrival. We had show tickets so we were unable to use, but a nice feature. Hotel is well designed and has lots of cool art sculptures and a variety of areas with seating.

Staff was excellent. The stay was only one night, but it was quiet, clean and I'd stay there again. The Manager texted me after I arrived to check if I needed anything, a very nice personal touch.

Breakfast was good with a good selection of breakfast options. The omelettes were particularly tasty and watching the chef managing cooking and taking orders was great entertainment. The staff were all polite and helpful.
